About Me

Work

I am a product designer with two years of experience at Avionté, a ~$100M recurring-revenue staffing software company. I work on the company's only UX team, with a UX Director and two fellow designers. My work focuses on building human-centered, data-driven products, and I recently completed a Google Project Management certification to build my understanding of how to manage large, complicated tasks. What inspires me about a career in design is the challenge of making complex workflows more intuitive.

Background

My foundation in design started at the University of Notre Dame, where I studied Visual Communication Design, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing. Before my full-time work at Avionté, I sharpened my design skills through internships at Fighting Irish Media, El Toro, TPN, and IA Collaborative. I also worked as a Fellow at Notre Dame's Idea Center, assisting startup companies with their design needs.

Outside of Work

I am curious by nature and enjoy learning new skills. I am an amateur photographer, with a focus on candid, landscape, and street photos. I am also learning to DJ, which stems from my long-standing enjoyment of EDM. Outside of these hobbies, I also like to play golf and make pottery.
